1. Who we are. This website is operated by AMP Empire LLC, doing business as Sovereign State Creative (“we,” “us”). By using sovereignstatecreative.com, you agree to these Terms.

2. Using this site. You may browse and share our site for personal or business research. Don’t copy, resell, or misuse our content, designs, or code, and don’t try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site.

3. Services and agreements. Information on this site describes our services in general. Every project is governed by a written proposal and agreement signed before work begins. If anything on this site conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement controls.

4. Pricing and promotions. Prices shown are starting points and may change. Promotions, including the November 2026 Launch Special, are limited in number and time, apply only to the scope described in the offer and your proposal, and can’t be combined with other offers. A spot is reserved only once your deposit is paid.

5. Payments. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Deposit, refund, and cancellation terms are set out in your signed agreement.

6. Ownership. All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and the compass mark, belongs to us. Client work shown in our portfolio is displayed with permission. Ownership of a client’s finished website is set out in that client’s agreement.

7. Third-party links and tools. Our site may link to or use third-party services. We aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

8. Disclaimer. This site and its content are provided “as is.” We work to keep information accurate but don’t guarantee it is complete or current, or that the site will be free of errors or interruptions.

9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.

11. Changes. We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
